We'd love to see you this Sunday
Trinity Chapel has 3 congregations: two on Sunday (morning and evening), and one on Saturday afternoon.
The morning church (10am) is an international community of people from around Sydney and the world. The evening church (530pm) is where most local Uni students and young grads/workers attend.
These two gatherings take place at the chapel. It’s right across the road from the Macquarie University train station and bus stops – 136 Herring Rd, Macquarie Park.
MITC (5pm Saturday) is Macquarie Indonesian Trinity Church, an Indonesian speaking student church transforming students to be followers of Christ, and training them to be gospel workers here and back home in Indonesia, for God’s glory.
MITC meets at Robert Menzies College (RMC) in the “S Conference Room”. RMC is at the same address (136 Herring Road) – you just need to walk across the carpark, through the gate, and down to the conference room by the artificial grass.
Everyone is welcome at church. It doesn’t matter if you’ve never been before, there’s no prior experience necessary! Just come as you are. There are new people every week and we’d love to meet you.
It’s great that our community and leaders are serious about engaging with the truth, and taking ideas and questions seriously.Alex
I love that being a Christian isn’t about life and worship by myself. Trinity Chapel is a great way to gather, grow and worship as God’s people together.Annie
I love the people at TCM. I am encouraged by how people at TCM are seeking to glorify God in all that they do and striving to make the gospel of Jesus Christ known wherever they are.Mike
TCM has incredible teaching which encourages me to think through the what it means to be a Christian and how to apply my faith in our constantly changing environment.Justine
You don’t need to dress up or perform any rituals. Trinity Chapel is a relaxed, friendly place. We are a learning, discussing, analysing, questioning community so when you come you can expect a challenging talk from the Bible about Jesus.
We also invite each other to respond to God by praying (that’s telling God about what we’re learning, what we love, and what we need) and by singing and caring for each other in practical ways. There is always a great morning tea or supper and a warm welcome.
We run a Kid’s church program during the 10am gathering. It’s a fun and safe place for kids to enjoy our community.
Trinity Chapel Macquarie is a non-denominational, reformed and evangelical church which is a ministry of Robert Menzies College (the Anglican residential college at Macquarie University).
